- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
- Spread the mixture on one slice of bread, generously covering it. Top it with the shredded cheese before covering it with the second slice of bread.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich for a rich flavor and crispy edges.
