Ingredients
- Italian bread or sub rolls
- Sliced salami
- Sliced pepperoni
- Sliced ham
- Provolone cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomato, sliced
- Onions, sliced
- Bell peppers, sliced
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Italian bread or sub rolls in half lengthwise.
- Layer the salami, pepperoni, and ham on the bottom half of the bread.
- Add provolone and mozzarella cheese on top of the meats.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, onions, and bell peppers.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
- Place the top half of the bread back on and wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Leftover sandwiches can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
