4 Chicken thighs
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Yogurt
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Flour
1 cup Heavy cream

Instructions
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade. Add the chicken thighs, coat well, and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken thighs and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Melt butter in another pan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top the cooked chicken with the creamy white sauce, letting it drizzle down the sides.
