Delicious and healthy Turkey Sausage Egg Muffins, perfect for busy mornings and meal prep.

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked turkey sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Stir in the turkey sausage, bell pepper, onion, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
