A healthier alternative to traditional meatloaf, this Turkey Meatloaf is juicy, flavorful, and perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf form and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Add additional ketchup on top for a tangy glaze if desired.
  5. Bake for 60-75 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Best served with mashed potatoes or a salad. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
