Deliciously seasoned turkey meatballs that are healthy and easy to make, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1-inch in diameter.
  4. Place the formed meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce on top or on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
