A vibrant Teriyaki Salmon Bowl featuring flaky salmon, warm rice, and fresh vegetables, all drizzled with a delicious teriyaki sauce.

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with teriyaki sauce.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  4. Steam the broccoli and carrots until tender.
  5. In serving bowls, layer the cooked rice first, followed by the steamed vegetables and edamame.
  6. Top each bowl with a salmon fillet and drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.

Notes

Pair with a cucumber salad or pickled ginger. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days.
