  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham (or sausage)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  3. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread the frozen tater tots evenly on the bottom.
