  • 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1/2 cup ground beef (cooked and seasoned)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • Sour cream (for topping)
  • Sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to a toasty 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place one tortilla on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread refried beans generously over the tortilla.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef on top of the beans.
  5. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the beef.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the sauce.
  7. Lay the second tortilla on top.
