- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- Pickles (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of cooking oil.
- Shape the ground beef into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned and crispy on the edges.
- Warm the tortillas in another skillet or microwave until soft.
- Assemble the tacos with the cooked burger patties on the tortillas.
- Add shredded cheese on top of the patties and let it melt.
- Top with diced onions, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and optional pickles.
