Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 taco-size tortillas
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Condiments (such as ketchup, mustard, or mayo)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and roll them into balls.
  3. Place the beef balls into the hot skillet and smash them down into flat patties.
  4. Flip the patties and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each.
  5. Heat your tortillas in another skillet until warm and soft.
  6. Grab a warm tortilla and place a cheesy beef patty on top, adding lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and any optional pickles.
