A heartwarming and simple recipe that combines juicy chicken with zesty salsa, black beans, and corn, all wrapped in warm tortillas.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Tortillas (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts into your slow cooker.
  2. Pour the cup of zesty salsa over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the top.
  4. Add the drained black beans and sweet corn.
  5. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix back into the salsa and beans.
  7. Serve in warmed tortillas topped with cheese if desired.
