  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving
  • Optional toppings: avocado, cilantro, lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the shrimp, sliced bell pepper and onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.

Notes
