Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peanut Sauce by mixing together peanut butter, chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic.
  2. Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Notes
