- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 4 hamburger buns
- Pickles
- Lettuce
- Hot sauce
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Mix together flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
- Preheat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Dredge each marinated chicken breast in the flour mixture and place them in the hot oil.
