Succulent grilled chicken breasts marinated in a bright lemon and herb mixture, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the marinade for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Prepare the chicken by removing it from the marinade and discarding the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
