Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar to the beef. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
