  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  3. Prepare the broccoli by steaming or blanching until tender.
