  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Let the chicken breasts marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Mash the avocados in a bowl and mix with cooked rice and chopped cilantro. Season generously with salt and pepper.
