  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, rolled oats, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  5. Bake for about 45-55 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let your meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
