  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pre-bake the pie crust in a pie dish for 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.
  4. Spread the diced ham and shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the pre-baked crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden.
