A quick and easy one-pan dish bursting with flavor, featuring ground turkey and colorful vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or pasta (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Next, add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula until it’s browned and fully cooked.
  4. Stir in the bell pepper, diced tomatoes, zucchini, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Allow the skillet to cook for about 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Finally, serve your Ground Turkey Skillet over a bed of cooked rice or pasta, if desired.

Notes
