  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and cooked through.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Assemble the tacos by taking a warm tortilla and adding grilled shrimp, topped with cabbage and avocado.
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side for added flavor.

Notes
