Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat.
  3. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving space between them.
  4. Place skewers on the grill, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately.

Notes

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Don’t crowd the shrimp on the skewers for even cooking.
