Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, tzatziki sauce, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl: ground turkey, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties, about ¾ inch thick.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through and golden-brown.
  5. Serve on burger buns with desired toppings.
