Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, these Garlic Parmesan Fries are flavored with a delightful combination of garlic and cheese, perfect for any meal.

  • 4 large Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut potatoes into thin fry shapes and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Toss fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

Notes
