Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until they are well coated. Spread them evenly in a baking dish.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Lay them gracefully over the potatoes in the baking dish.
