Quick and easy Garlic Butter Steak Bites that pack a punch of flavor in every tender morsel.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak pieces to the skillet, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper, and cook until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. Melt the remaining butter in the same skillet, then add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
  6. Sprinkle the fresh parsley over the steak bites right before serving.

Notes

Best served fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
