Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until it’s hot and ready for the magic to happen.
  2. Grab your steak bites and season them generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Add half the butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  4. Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and sear until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
