  • 2 cups diced mixed fruit (strawberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced mixed fruit, sugar, and lime juice in a medium bowl. Stir gently to mix and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Brush each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
