  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Create the crust mixture by combining graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Form the pie crust by pressing the crumb mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
  4. Prepare the filling by whisking together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  5. Fill the crust with the velvety filling, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes to allow the filling to set.
  7. Cool the pie at room temperature after baking.
