- 2 cups cooked corned beef, shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, corned beef, and cheese.
- Pour half of the creamy mixture over the first layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if using.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
