  • 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • Maple syrup (for serving)
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters, placing them in the greased baking dish.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Drizzle with warm maple syrup and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
