  • Steak (ribeye, sirloin, or skirt steak)
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Mix together parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side.
