  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and water in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions and add shredded cheese if desired.
  5. Dollop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuit topping is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
