1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions
Combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small balls or patties, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until hot.
Fry the shrimp-crab bombs in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain the cooked bombs on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, replace the breadcrumbs with crushed gluten-free crackers or almond flour. Fresh seafood enhances the flavor.
