A vibrant and fresh pasta salad featuring cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, dressed in a tangy balsamic vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fusilli or bowtie)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and chopped basil in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Dress the salad by pouring the dressing over the pasta mixture and tossing gently to combine.
