These blackened salmon tacos are bursting with flavor, featuring spicy salmon wrapped in warm corn tortillas, topped with cabbage, avocado, and cilantro.

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons blackening spice
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Coat the salmon fillets evenly with the blackening spice.
  3. Sear the seasoned salmon in the hot grill or skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a separate skillet for about a minute on each side.
  5. Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and fill each tortilla with some salmon, cabbage, avocado, and cilantro.
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.

Notes
