A quick and colorful Beef Stir Fry that brings the warmth of family dinners to your table with juicy beef and tender-crisp vegetables.

  • 1 lb beef (sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, etc.)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, spreading it out in an even layer. Stir-fry until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Toss in the mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet with the vegetables, adding soy sauce and optional oyster sauce.
  6. Gently stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season the stir fry with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Prep ahead by slicing the beef and chopping the veggies in advance. Ideal for a quick meal.
