  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup sliced vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the meat in a bowl with soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté the sliced vegetables in the same skillet until tender and bright.
  4. Assemble the bowl by serving the beef over a bed of rice, topped with vegetables, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Notes
