  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the batter by whisking together cornstarch, egg, and flour until smooth.
  3. Fry the chicken pieces in hot vegetable oil until golden and crispy, about 4-6 minutes per batch.
  4. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  5. Toss the cooked chicken in the Bang Bang sauce until fully coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Pairs well with jasmine rice or a fresh green salad. Can also be served with crispy wonton chips on the side.
