Juicy and flavorful air fryer turkey burgers that are easy to make and full of flavor, perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until just combined. Be careful not to overwork the mixture; you want your patties to stay juicy. Form the mixture into thick burger patties, about ¾ inch thick.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). This step is crucial for achieving that perfect burger texture.
  4. Place the turkey patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure there is space in between for even cooking.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. The patties are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve the cooked turkey patties on burger buns with crisp lettuce, slices of tomato, and your favorite condiments—ketchup, mustard, or perhaps a dollop of avocado!

Notes

For extra creaminess, try adding avocado or cheese to your burgers. Leftover patties can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
